EMERGENCY REPAIRS

We have recently changed our emergency contacts that are listed on Page 2 of the General Tenancy Agreement.

All requests for repairs and maintenance must be provided in writing to our agency.

Please email info@pinecityproperties.com.au to report any maintenance issues.

If an emergency occurs during office hours, please call our office on 07 3261 6033 to report the maintenance.

If you experience an emergency outside our office hours, please contact our preferred emergency plumber or electrician to report the issue.

Emergency Repairs are any of the following:

  • A burst water service or a serious water service leak;
  • a blocked or broken toilet;
  • a serious roof leak;
  • a gas leak;
  • a dangerous electrical fault;
  • flooding or serious flood damage;
  • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply;
  • a failure of breakdown of an essential service or appliance on the property for hot water, cooking or heating;
  • a fault of damage that make the property unsafe or unsecured;
  • a fault or damage likely to injury a person, damage property or unduly inconvenience the tenant;
  • a serious fault in a staircase, lift or other common area of the property that unduly inconveniences the tenant in gaining access to, or using, the property.

Electric Shocks and Tingles – If you touch something that gives you an electric shock or tingle, you must immediately contact Energex on 13 19 62 to report it.

Please note: if you contact our electrician or plumber after hours and they advise you that it is NOT classed as an emergency repair and that it can wait until our office is open, they will not attend and fix. If this is the case, please email our office with a detailed description of the problem. Once we receive the owner’s approval, we will organise repairs to be completed.
