Halloween in Bald Hills
Pine City Properties are delighted to be the proud sponsors of the 2021 Halloween in Bald Hills Community Event!
This was a fantastic community event raising valuable funds for essential community support services and we are delighted to donate whatever we can, including the major raffle prize of a Giant Family Pass for a Family of 5 to Australia Zoo, with an added Giant Giraffe Snapshot for the whole family to enjoy!
Plus, we also donated an extra $500 each towards two charities who help many people out of a bad situation and helped provide Christmas hampers for families in need.

Bald Hills State School P&C Fundraiser
Who doesn’t love trivia right?? Pine City Properties were proud to be the major supporter of the Bald Hills State School P&C 90s Trivia Night with our staff decked out in their finest 90s fashion to support our beautiful school community. Gift vouchers were won by the winning table, Best Dressed and Best Table Decoration with one lucky person enjoying the new iFly experience for themselves and a friend.
Ekka Showbag Giveaway
Even though the Ekka was cancelled again in 2021, we still celebrated by giving away online Showbags for 10 lucky winners. Bald Hills locals told us which showbags were their favorite and, Bertie Beetle and basically anything with chocolate, were clear favorites.
Supporting Local Community Organisations
Pine City Properties is a proud year on year support of Guide Dogs Queensland and in April, we suppawted our own Guide Dogs Giving Day by giving away coffees for the entire morning for a gold coin donation and a hamper prize for one lucky customer. A member of Guide Dogs Queensland came along with a Trainee Support Dog for pats and cuddles for members of the community.
Over $300 was raised on the day, which was an excellent result from generous Bald Hills locals which was then QUADRUPLED (X4) by generous benefactors of Guide Dogs Queensland and went directly towards helping train more life-changing Guide Dogs.
