Pine City Properties is committed to helping the community in any way possible. Our complimentary Justice of the Peace service is available at any time during the day, whether it be witnessing documents, certify true and certified copies or witnessing statutory declarations.

Supporting Local Business
We love our community and always give back whenever possible. Our “Locals supporting Locals” campaigns are designed to promote our community and encourage us to buy local and we don’t just say it, we support them to with our $$$ too.
We love our community businesses and we are always on the lookout for other small business or local charities that need of a hand.
As part of our Locals Supporting Locals theme, we gave away 3 delicious Mother’s Day cupcake hampers from 2 Chefs and a Cupcake for some of those special mums out there who absolutley deserve it!
Some very memorable “Mum-Moments” were shared with us and the lucky winners were estatic to be taking away some very special gifts for their mum.
In February this year, we welcomed our new neighbour, Sharon, from SAJ&Co – which sells every woman’s fantasy clothing, jewellery & homewares all at affordable prices. We gave away a $100 gift voucher to someone who wanted to spoil someone close to them!
Our friends John and Helen at Bald Hills Hair Design kindly donated a $50 gift voucher to someone who could really use a pamper in the community. Now that’s a local supporting locals!
Pine City Properties staff continue to have gatherings and client meetings at La Zucca throughout the year. In January, we also gave away a $100 gift voucher, plus two bottles of La Zucca red wine by telling us who your favourite local business was and how you intended to support local.
Keep an eye out as Pine City Properties are often running Ahoy Coffee giveaways throughout the year.
You can always count on Mark visting the local coffee shop a few doors down in the mornings to grab his usual coffee order. You will often see him catching up with Theresa and team and is always willing to strike up a conversation with anyone who’d like to have a chat.
Supporting Local Businesses is what we do! We gave away two $50 gift vouchers for a local who told us who they’d also like to win one for – so it was a win/win for two lucky community members – sharing is caring!
Pine City Properties love supporting our local “Best Fish & Chips” in the Bald Hills area. Steve and his team are second-to-none with oustanding quality food and excellent customer service. We regularly have giveaways to help ease that burden of having to organise something for dinner for the family, so giving away gift vouchers have always been a hit!
Steve has recently celebrated 10 Years being in business! We can’t wait to enjoy the next 10 years of good food and quality service in Bald Hills!
