Halloween in Bald Hills
Pine City Properties were once again thrilled to be the major sponsors of the 2022 Halloween in Bald Hills Community Event!
This was a fantastic community event raising valuable funds for essential community support services and we are delighted to donate whatever we can, including the major raffle prize of Accommodation at Paradise Resort on the Gold Coast for a family of four to enjoy!

Bald Hills State School P&C Fundraisers
The team got dressed up and participated in the Bald Hills State School P&C Music Triva night.
We provided some prizes and had lots of fun on the night!
We were proud to sponsor the Bald Hills State School P&C Community Movie Night!
For every ticket bought, we donated an extra $1 to go towards their new Junior Playground.
We recently helped out with the Bald Hills State School P&C Chaplaincy Fundraiser disco by putting on a BBQ for the students and donating the major raffle prize, a family pass to Australia Zoo! The winner, a Year 2 student, was absolutely blown away!
Pawgust
We had the best time walking and raising funds for this year’s Pawgust challenge – well done to Sebastian and the team for raising almost $300 for a great cause!
Annual Easter Giveaway
We are building a tradition of holding an Easter Egg (and bunny) counting competition in our front window. We had a huge response from the local school community, and this year, there were two winners who were closest to the winning number – 206! The first person who entered received this huge vase of eggs and bunny, and our second place winner also received some yummy Easter chocolate for entering.
Next year, we are planning on going BIGGER and BETTER!!

Pine City Properties is committed to helping the community in any way possible. Our complimentary Justice of the Peace service is available at any time during the day, whether it be witnessing documents, certify true and certified copies or witnessing statutory declarations.
